Georgina Brewster who is a very talented wedding photographer, was lucky enough to be involved in the wedding of Charlotte and Matthew at Aldby Park. It was such an amazing wedding, she decided to share her experience.
WOW – well these two just never stopped laughing on their wedding day. So much fun to be with and they clearly adore each other! Aldby Park is a new wedding venue to me and oh my, let me tell ya – it is STUNNING! It’s a country estate in a teeny, tiny York village called Buttercrambe. With the tipi’s set up on the bottom lawn, the backdrop of the gorgeous stately home and set in acres of manicured gardens it’s the bomb!
The day started with Matt and the boys in the beautiful sunshine. Charlotte had a surprise gift of a very, very, very, very coooool guitar that Matt has had on his wish list for years now. Lucky boy! I left his beaming smile and headed to Charlotte and the girls who were mid prep and couldn’t wait to get to the venue to see it all set up. It looked amazing.
Think boho, chic, gorgeous, natural, laid-back heaven and you’re halfway there. The sun was shining, spirits were high and Charlotte and Matt looked ever the dream-boat couple with smiles from ear-to-ear. Oh and scroll down for that lush, end of day, sunshot – OOOOSH!
